Appointment requests can be made through our patient portal for established patients only by going to our PATIENT PORTAL

New patients - please request medical records from your previous healthcare provider and phone the office 636-561-5561 to schedule an appointment.

Walk-in appointments are available for established patients only with acute non-chronic/ongoing issues between 8:30 and 9:00 a.m. Mon-Sat. These are on a first come first serve basis and you may have to see someone other than your primary care provider. NEW PATIENTS MUST FIRST ESTABLISHED BEFORE USING OUR WALK IN CLINIC.
